If you are out of stock of a
product or products that your customer wants, we will gladly mail or FedEx those
items directly to your customer at no additional charge. Just call
our toll free number (1-800-450-7792), place the order, and give us your
customer's address. You can sell more Dunroven House products without having to carry more inventory. You won't lose the sale and you can charge your normal store mark up on these products, because there is no additional charge for this service. This accommodation excludes furniture. The only stipulation to this service is that any problems or returns must be handled between you and your customer. Dunroven House does not want to interfere with your relationship with your customer. |
